Not only an author but artist too...

Lion brothers in pastel. It wasn't until after I painted this that I learned that one of the brothers is Cecil.

I've always had a muse hanging around my shoulder. Sometimes it's the painting and visual arts muse. Lately it's been the author and poet muse. They trade off watches I think. Both of them are hard to ignore.

BTW. Pastel is also referred to as painting because you put color to paper or canvass so I use the term interchangeably with drawing with pastel.
